What you pay

₱999 reservation fee, paid to the Arnoks accounts named in our payment email (bank transfer, or GCash sent into those accounts) or through Arnoks' online payment link. The details are emailed to you only after we check that your chosen location is available.
₱48,501 balance of the ₱49,500 Universal Franchise Starter (VAT-inclusive), by bank transfer to the Arnoks accounts named in your payment email, never posted publicly. Only money received in the accounts named in our payment email counts; payments to any other account, personal or e-wallet, do not.

The ₱49,500 Starter is not a complete, built store. Construction, equipment, permits, rent, labor, and working capital are separate.

The ₱999 reservation fee

Attending the seminar does not reserve a location. A location is reserved only after we receive your ₱999.

I understand the ₱999 is a non-refundable reservation fee that counts toward the ₱49,500 Universal Franchise Starter.
I understand my chosen location is held for 7 days, starting on the day I pay. To secure it, I must complete the ₱49,500 within those 7 days. After that, the location may be given to others.
I understand my ₱999 credit lasts through Day 30 and may be used for any available location. From Day 31, my ₱999 credit expires and can no longer be applied. Day 1 is the day I pay. All deadlines end at 11:59 PM Philippine Time.

These are the Reservation Terms you accept, by ticking each box, before you pay.

Refunds

Reservation fee. The ₱999 is non-refundable. It is refunded only if Arnoks cannot honor the reservation, or in the cases in Clauses 3.4 and 22.5(f) of the Franchise Agreement (below).

Franchise Fee. From the Franchise Agreement:

3.4 Refund. The Franchise Fee is fully earned when the Franchisor confirms the acceptance under Clause 22.5(b) and is non-refundable, except that if the Franchisor, after a location and territory assessment, cannot approve the Approved Location or any alternative location the Franchisee proposes within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, the Franchisor shall refund the Franchise Fee, including the Reservation Fee credited to it, less the cost of any Starter Package items already delivered. Clause 22.5(f) states two other cases in which a refund is due.

3.5 Reservation Fee. The Reservation Fee of ₱999.00 is credited in full against the Franchise Fee, so the balance to pay is ₱48,501.00, provided the Franchisee completes payment of the Franchise Fee within the credit period stated in the Reservation Terms (through the thirtieth (30th) day, the day of payment being Day 1, ending 11:59 PM Philippine Time). If it does not, the credit expires and can no longer be applied. The location is held for the Franchisee for seven (7) days (Day 1 to Day 7), as stated in the Reservation Terms. The Reservation Fee is non-refundable, except as stated in Clause 3.4 and Clause 22.5(f), and except that the Franchisor shall refund it if the Franchisor cannot honor the reservation. Any other reservation or seminar amount that the Franchisor has agreed in writing to be creditable shall also be credited.
