These terms apply when you use arnoks.com and the official Arnoks accounts on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and TikTok, run by Arnoks Food Corporation, Arnoks Business Hub, McArthur Highway, Block 1, Sta. Cruz, Tarlac City, Tarlac 2300, Philippines.

1. Using our website. You may browse arnoks.com and use its free tools for personal and business planning. Please do not misuse it: no hacking, spamming, copying the site, or pretending to be someone else.
2. Franchise and orders. Franchise reservations, the Franchise Agreement, the Returning Member Agreement and orders are governed by their own terms, which you accept separately. If those terms and this page differ, those terms win.
3. No income promises. Nothing on our website or social accounts is a promise of income, profit or sales. Results depend on location, effort and costs.
4. Our social media accounts. We post our own promos, store stories and announcements on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Every post is approved by Arnoks before it goes out. When you use those platforms, their own terms and privacy policies apply too. Our AI assistant on Messenger and Instagram always says it is the Arnoks AI assistant; type "agent" to reach a person. Our YouTube posting uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
5. Your content. If you send us photos, messages or comments, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only as our Privacy Policy explains, and we ask before posting anything with your face or name.
6. Our brand. "Arnoks", "Lasang Pang World Class", our logo and our content belong to Arnoks Food Corporation. Please do not use them without our written permission.
7. Other companies. Our website uses services from other companies (payments, Zoom, Meta, TikTok, email and others). We do not control them and are not responsible for their services. See our Third-Party Disclaimer.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
