ARNOKS+

— Costing calculator 🧮

Know what every meal
really costs you.

Arnoks Essentials prices are filled in. Type what you pay for chicken, flour, rice and packaging in your town, and see the cost of every piece and meal, your markup, what's left after LPG, labor and the 3.5% royalty, and how many meals a day cover your rent and bring the profit you want.

The tab sets the breading and marinade shown below, and the flavor of meals marked "follows the tab".

1. What one fried piece costs you (original)

Arnoks Essentials prices are filled in (price list as of October 22, 2026) and change when Arnoks changes them. You type what you pay in your own town.

Breading mixture (original)

For Original and Spicy alike: 1 pouch of Arnoks premix + 5 kg first-class flour + 2 kg cornstarch coats 300 pieces. Type the flour and cornstarch prices in your area.

Cooking oil

Type the price per liter to see the cost per piece.

One piece of Arnoks cooks with about 15 ml of oil. This costing assumption is based on the actual operation of Arnoks stores in Tarlac City from 2019 to 2024.

LPG or electricity

Based on the Arnoks Sta. Cruz branch: about 180 pieces a day, and one tank lasts 4 days. Change them to your own numbers.

Labor

Labor per piece = the day's wages ÷ the pieces sold that day. An average store sells about 150 pieces a day; the more you sell, the lower the labor in every piece.

Spicy piece—food only

2. Gravy, rice and drinks

Arnoks Gravy

One 500 g pack of Arnoks Gravy + 100 ml butter + 2 Knorr chicken cubes makes 5 liters. A serving is 20 ml, so one batch gives 250 servings.

Rice

About 5 cups of uncooked rice in a kilo, and each cooks to 2.5 to 3 cups: about 12 to 15 cups of cooked rice per kilo. Count your own rice cooker once and type the real number.

Drinks for bundles

For meals bundled with a drink. Type what a bottle or a batch costs you and how many ml it holds; each meal then says how many ml it serves.

3. Packaging and utensils

The price you pay for a pack, and how many pieces are in it. Every meal shows each item's cost and its share of the price.

5. Your meals and menu

Cost = food and packaging. Left = what remains after food, packaging, fuel, labor and the 3.5% royalty, before rent and the other monthly costs.

6. Your store: what you must sell a day

Your monthly costs that do not change with sales. Labor and fuel are already inside each meal above, so do not type salaries here.

The picture of your store

Price your meals and fill in their costs first.

Markup vs margin, simply: a meal that costs you ₱50 and sells for ₱100 has a 100% markup but a 50% margin. Same meal, two ways of saying it.

Food cost % is food and packaging as a share of the price. Watch it every month; if it climbs, check portions, wastage and supplier prices.

These are your own numbers: Arnoks fills in only its Essentials prices and the recipe yields. This is a costing tool, not a forecast of your sales, income or profit, and Arnoks does not promise any. Sample selling prices come from Arnoks store menus; you set your own. If your business is VAT-registered, part of each selling price is VAT for the BIR; ask your accountant how to count it. Your numbers are saved only on this device. The Arnoks marinade and special vinegar costing are in the franchisee portal.
