ARNOKS+

— Google Maps listing guide 📍

Let hungry people
find you.

When someone nearby searches "fried chicken near me", your store should show up. Here is how to get on Google Maps for free, step by step.

1. Your setup

Get on Google Maps 📍

Free. Arnoks creates and owns your listing and makes you a Manager. You send the details and keep it fresh.

0 of 8 done. Tick each step as you finish it.

    • Your Arnoks signage up: Google checks that the sign matches the listing
    • Your store phone number and your real opening hours, day by day
    • 3 to 5 good photos: your storefront or unit, your real food, your counter

💡 Best time: about 2 weeks before your opening, so customers can find you on day one.

    • Arnoks creates and owns every Arnoks listing, so all stores look the same and stay accurate
    • If you already made one, or Google shows your store already, tell your coach. Arnoks will help move it into the Arnoks account, so there are no duplicates.
    • Your full address, with the barangay and a landmark (for example "Ground floor, beside the main gate")
    • A Google Maps pin of your store entrance: open Google Maps, press and hold on your entrance, then share the pin
    • Your phone number, hours, Facebook page link and photos
    • Name exactly as on your signage, with no extra words (Google suspends listings that add keywords)
    • Category "Chicken restaurant", plus the right extra categories
    • Description, menu and the Arnoks logo, from the Brand Standards
    • Google sends an invite to your Gmail. Tap Accept.
    • As Manager you can add photos, update hours, post updates and reply to reviews

💡 Use a Gmail just for the store (not your personal one), so it can be handed over if needed.

    • Google needs proof from the actual store, usually a short video. Your coach will tell you exactly how to record it.
    • Record it in one take, inside the Google app (at least 30 seconds, no editing): the street or a landmark, your Arnoks signage, then something only the store can show, such as opening up, your kitchen or your business permit
    • Google may take up to 5 business days to review it

💡 If the video is rejected, record it again in daylight with the sign clearly visible.

    • Add new photos of your real food and store every month
    • Update your hours for holidays and days off, before the day
    • Post your promos (use the Arnoks poster maker's Facebook post)

💡 Wrong hours are the number one complaint on Google Maps.

    • Ask happy customers to leave a review, with a QR code at the counter (your coach sends you the review link)
    • Reply kindly and quickly, to the good and the bad. Tell your coach about any serious complaint.

💡 Never pay for reviews, never give freebies or discounts in exchange for them, and never write your own. Google removes them and can suspend the listing.

A general guide (October 2026). Google Business Profile is a free Google service, and Google changes its screens and rules from time to time, so follow what your screen and your coach say. Arnoks does not control Google's reviews or approval. Your ticks are saved only on this device.
