Your permit checklist
Home-based: 9 steps, in the usual order.
0 of 9 done. Tick each one as you get it.
- Where
- Online at bnrs.dti.gov.ph, or the DTI Negosyo Center near you
- When
- First. Everything else asks for it.
- Bring
- One valid government ID
- 2 or 3 business name choices
💡 Fees (DTI, including the ₱30 documentary stamp tax): barangay ₱230, city or municipality ₱530, regional ₱1,030, national ₱2,030. Valid for 5 years. City or municipality is enough for one store. The business name is your own (for example "Santos Food Trading"); ask Arnoks before using the word "Arnoks" in it. A corporation registers with the SEC instead.
- Where
- The owner of the property, or the school, mall or building manager
- When
- Before the barangay clearance; the barangay and the BPLO ask for it
- Bring
- Your land title or tax declaration if you own the place, or
- A signed lease contract or written permission from the owner, school or mall
💡 Arnoks' approval of your location covers the territory rules only. It is not a government permit and not the owner's permission.

A general guide (October 2026), not legal advice. Every city and municipality sets its own requirements, fees and order, so confirm the list with your BPLO before you apply. Permits and their fees are paid by you and are not part of the ₱49,500 package (Franchise Agreement, clause 10.2). Your ticks are saved only on this device.
Permits feel easier with a coach.
Every Arnoks franchisee gets a Launch Path and a coach from payment to opening day. It starts with one free hour.
