📄 The Independent Rider Agreement

Read the full agreement (opens in a new tab).

I have read the Arnoks Independent Rider Agreement (version IRA-1) and I agree to it. I am an independent rider, not an employee of Arnoks or of any Arnoks store. I choose when I go online and which requests I take. I use my own vehicle, phone and fuel. For each delivery I pay the store the food amount less 7%, collect the food amount plus the delivery fee from the customer in cash, and keep the delivery fee plus 7% as my earnings. If the customer cannot be reached after 10 minutes at the door, I bring the food back to the store within 30 minutes, and the store refunds what I paid. My license, my vehicle's registration and my documents are genuine and valid, and I will keep them valid. I agree to the Privacy Policy. I consent to Arnoks Food Corporation keeping my details and documents to check and manage my rider account, and to sharing my name, vehicle, mobile number and live location with the store and the customer of each delivery I take, only during that delivery.Type your full name as your signature
